Last updated on 08 Sep 2021An untold tragic event led to Phoebe Taylor to give up her 4 year old son, Charlie. Phoebe returns to the area determined to find the child taken away from her. She meets Ben Moreton and instantly knows he is Charlie. She strikes up a friendship and obtains a job in the same coffee shop he works in.
The story is told from Phoebe and Bens perspective, over different periods of time, and the events that led to Phoebe losing her son. This links up to quite a gripping plot with tense rollercoaster moments. I enjoyed reading this thriller and look forward to reading more from Sarah Clarke.
